Another service and a couple of repairs for my ageing BMax completed very successfully. Have been using them for many years now and have always been happy with all aspects of their service.

I had a great experience with Niall Malone. He was friendly, professional and really helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed, made everything straightforward and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted.

Really appreciate the effort and service from Niall. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again. Top bloke! 👍

Very happy with my MOT / Winter check and they replaced my rear wiper blade even though I didn't book in for that.. and the whole process too less time thani was quoted..

Top marks to this dealership would highly recommend

Excellent experience my Wife traded her convertable Ford Mustang for a newer Mustang convertable, we travelled up from Scotland and stayed in a local hotel to do the swap over, Mark our salesman made the whole transaction very pleasant we were happy with our trade in and price of our new Mustang very fair..5 stars folks thank you my Wife loves her new GT500 im hoping she will let me drive it soon.

Perfect vehicle and dealership. Excellent situation and experience

I live 5 hours from this dealership and was reluctant to purchase a vehicle this far. I bought the vehicle over the phone from Robert Bullock as the price was good, trade in very fair and nothing was too much trouble. I will now use this dealership as they are by far the best even with the travel it was easy and hassle free. Everything was as discussed including all the extras I'd purchased. Robert is an asset to Rufus Ford so in the event you are concerned speak to Robert whom couldnt have done anymore for me. Thank you so much and look forward to the next purchase.

***** Outstanding *****

I have bought more than 20 cars over the years and this was the best experience yet. Emails and phone calls were always replied to quickly. The car was in outstanding condition. Won’t hesitate to use them again. Many thanks to Mark and Peter for sorting everything out.

Excellent.

The sales team were excellent. I’ve used this garage 5 times now for new and used cars. Definitely not pushy and after sales great too.

Brilliant customer service.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I purchased a van but had to travel a long way to buy it so it was bought unseen. Peter and his team were very reassuring and sent further pictures without a problem. The van was ready and waiting for me on arrival and the whole process was very easy and straightforward. I am really pleased with the van I bought and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
